Bishop/Iverson partnered with Rosedale Center, a major shopping mall in St. Paul, MN, to produce a massive art exhibit featuring over 50 installations spanning the 1 million+ square foot property. Designed as an “Easter Egg Hunt” in which visitors were prompted to hunt for art (not eggs!) in unexpected places, the exhibit included work from top Minnesota contemporary artists. From 60 foot murals to massive light installations to hidden mini sculpture pieces in planters and much more, Rosedale became a colorful, creative playground for 10 days in April.
Easter Egg Hunt (Not that Kind) was featured on all major television news station’s locally including Fox, CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, and was featured in local and national print and online publications.
In addition to the Easter Egg project, Bishop/Iverson collaborates in an ongoing capacity with Rosedale Center as their official curatorial team, creating seasonal exhibits featuring local contemporary artists.
